Report: Map Changes, Code improvements, etc.

Hi folks! How's everyone doing? Good? Good...

Now that the salutations are out of the way, Let's start this little (yet not unnecessary) report.

For this one I will talk a bit about what I've been doing this last couple weeks, show a gif for the map art improvements (which I guess you already saw up there) also show you a teaser for some events graphics among other stuff.

So, lets begin.

Well... What have I been doing lately?... I guess this can be described in just a few lines.

• Improved the most (if not all) present code in every event.  Leaving it ready for further event stages (This means that code reworks in the future will be practically unnecessary).
• Finished art for the bedtime event + Oogly shenanigans (this one take some time because I saw myself re-drawing stuff 'cause I wasn't happy with the result... But I think it ended up pretty nice. (You can see the teasers for that one in my previous post).
• Started upgrading the art for the maps placeholders (you can see the result in the gif up there) Not all maps are ready... and Maybe I'll let a couple maps undone for the update. It takes a lot of time to actually make it look nice. Keep in mind that the maps are not made in RPGMaker... I use some RPGM graphic assets, which I had to enlarge and thus the resolution was affected. Upgrading the maps is the closest thing to "art restoration" there is (I'm obviously exaggerating) i never thought I would do art restoration for a porn game. Alas!
  I'm also adding animations to the maps that didn't have any... Like water animation for the beach map, etc.
• Started working on a new (not planned for this update) event. I won't be much right now.. But it will be the foundation for future sexy scenes. (I'll leave a teaser for it in the "goodies" section.
• Optimized lots of RPGM Plugins to make the game runs smoother.
• ...And other stuff I'm probably forgetting to mention. As it happens. (old age).

We are closer to the new update. that's for sure.

Now... I'm still trying to have everything ready for the end for July... BUT. Being realistic and having no more than three days before the end of the month... I gotta say that it is most likely for the update to drop in the first week on August and not the end of July.

Either  way, You guys know that I don't like hard dates when it comes to updates. So try to remember what i always say "It will be out when it is ready"

That's it for now. Hopefully this will be the last post before the update. I'm doing my best to make this game a real step up from my previous project. And I'm hoping you guys get to enjoy playing it as much as I'm enjoying making it.
