Peace Negotiations

Greetings Conquerors!

You've began your war with one of the factions... now how are you going to end it? You could just conquer all of their lands and call it good... but what if you aren't doing so well in the war or you don't have the strength to finish it? Well this is where peace negotiations will come into play!

You just need to talk to your Steward to send a message to either General Tullius or Ulfric Stormcloak requesting them to attend a peace conference.

Once they arrive and you take your seat, the peace conference will begin. You will make the opening demand. You can demand cities, forts, or reparations. But be warned: if you have been losing the war and you demand too much, they will throw your demand off the table.

After you make your demand, it will be their turn. But keep in mind, you have as much right as them to throw their demand off the table. They will also always want to get something out of the peace conference so you must be ready to counter their demands(or accept them if you'd like)

Periodically throughout the conference, your Steward will remind everyone what the current terms on the table are. You are given the choice whether to agree with them or not. If you do, the conference is over and the terms are carried out. If not, the conference will continue and you will be able to counter the demand they have made. You can also end the conference completely at this time or by leaving the palace. This will cause the war to resume.

Also, last time I said the WIP release was coming soon... well now it is coming very soon. I just need to finish one of the big features of the mod and polish some things up.
