I doubt it. In reality, it wouldn't be possible for a commoner to have some ridiculous ability or knowledge that nobility couldn't obtain with money, like Robin's Mark or Myne's mana and isekaied brain. Even if a commoner did have something someone with vastly more political power wanted, they'd likely just turn to coercion. They don't for Myne because emotions make her lose control of her mana, and she'd just immediately self destruct. They don't for Robin because making the best use of his Mark requires piling him with as much experience as possible, and at some point he's going to become uncontrollable and set his sights on revenge.
