WorldONE 2.0 - 480+ Train Collection, Dev World Download Java/Bedrock

In this update I have transferred everything to a fresh new world to reduce bloat and split MC Military Force Arsenal to another world. This saves space from 1.77GB to around 250MB! As well as adding support for bedrock .mcworld file.
