I really like series 2 - I think it’s so clever how they hide some of the salient facts from us until that wrap up memory bit that explains it all, and Lindsey had good intentions towards Carly, regardless of her personal revenge towards Dryden, so she wasn’t a villain in the true sense, just like Tony in the first series, he had the best intentions regards getting the most precious thing in his life, his daughters, the best education, but he got way in over his head and ultimately became a victim to himself really. Although of course he was corrupt at the surface level with his ladderjng hijinks. I really love that we get such nuanced characters - no one is completely good or completely bad (well, Tommy Hunter is probably completely bad, we didn’t love him), but there’s always a sliding scale and this series shows us how easily that scale can tip from the right thing to the wrong. Cannot wait for series 3, glad you loved this one!
