My Top 5 Audios of 2025

I decided while taking a break to focus on writing new scripts and developing my backlog that I should revisit my audios from 2025 to see if I can glean any info to improve my work moving forward. Sometimes I felt like I was slogging through a vast wasteland of mediocrity. At its worst, it was genuinely painful to hear what I considered passable for the time. But a few audios stood out as favorites, and provide a good model for the kind of work I hope to make more of in the coming year. Samus Aran's Diarrhea Attack is not featured, but that is a video.

1. Pyra & Mythra Stinkin' up the Place

A personal challenge to tell a three-act story with just farting. The end result was well-rounded, well-paced, and vivid. Special props to @shennychwan as Pyra and @MacStarVA as Mythra. It's rare for actors to record their lines separately and to match one another's energy. I've long considered my fart editing, and my fart-only stories in general, to be weak. But I feel this audio provided a lot of insight into what makes a good, electric fart fetish piece without overreliance on long, bubbly farts, and the fart sound effects are better than anything else on this list. It's got lower ambition than a lot of the other audios on this list. But ambition isn't always what makes for a good audio.

1. Super Smash Bros. Stall Free-For-All

I was pleasantly surprised to find such an older audio held up. It was edited with a worse pair of headphones (something that makes much of my output prior to 2025 hard to revisit and listen to). Relentless pacing was among my biggest critiques of nearly every audio I heard, but it works perfectly in this audio's favor to create a manic energy that elevates a mundane concept into a lightning fast, chaotic wall of noise without sacrificing clarity. It's let down partly by a lot of bad choices for farts. In trying to make all girls' asses sound distinct, a few of the farts selected are washed, tinny, or of low quality. Still, it's an impressive technical balancing act with strong performances by @LecheryAmoreVA, @LHeartVoiceOver, @MamaStrassa, and especially @AmeAfterDark as Palutena. With 9,200 listens, it's the most viewed audio on the site... although only the second most viewed content featuring Samus. Funny how that works out.

1. Zhu Yuan: A Case of the Runs

Normally, troubled productions lead to underwhelming results. But against all odds this was one turned out not just well, but exceptionally well. The main reason its "only" being #3? It's primary gimmick - the chase scene - leaves the story unbalanced. It's lighter on desperation content in the middle than it should be, and if anything its best scenes are the ones surrounding it. It's a pretty clear contender for the best desperation payoff I've done. One of the biggest mistakes I made across all of my library was the dump scenes having almost no pacing or sense of progression. But @TheVoiceVixxen's progressively unflattering grunts, @shennychwan's increasing distress, and the gradual explosiveness of Zhu Yuan's dump, leading to an especially messy climax, gives it a stronger sense of progression than usual. Your enthusiasm for this piece has not gone unnoticed with an impressive 8,000 listens, and I hope you'll enjoy its extra-naughty alt later this month and/or next month when something inevitably goes wrong!

1. Konosuba - God's Messing on this Wonderful World

This is the funniest thing I've posted. While fetish material is always the primary focus, you can't make a Konosuba audio without madcap, worst girl chaos. It's well balanced with an energetic start and an easygoing follow-up where we spend a bit of time with our girls. Then it really takes off and never lets up, only pausing for any jokes where room to breathe is part of the punchline. It's also some of the best pantypoop work I've done, as I took the time to make each girl's bowel movements slightly distinct, even if I was limited by my available sounds. @LHeartVoiceOver, @MacStarVA, and @AmeAfterDark (in order of the pantypoop tower pictured above) match one another's energy perfectly while giving distinctly panicked performances, and I must give a special shoutout to LHeart's bloodcurdling scream when Megumin blows the door apart with her Explosion. There's a few instances where I wish I got vocal coverage (the girls falling over could have used some "off-balance" vocalizations), but all in all? It's just good, steaming hot fun!

Honorable Mention - Princess Zelda's Massive Dragon Dumps

Princess Zelda's Massive Dragon Dumps marked a high point in my evening of revisiting my all my garbage. Audios prior to it felt imprecise - music lacked resolutions, fading in and out just because the scene ended. Sound effects were rarely included for emphasis. It was in this audio where I felt like I figured out the exact kinds of audios I liked to do most. Sadly, it's marked by a lot of problems that plague all the audios to come before it, and some to follow. The dump scenes have almost no sense of pacing and both the solid and diarrhea are too short. That's because the script just wasn't well directed, and it was @MamaStrassa's first ever go at scat, so a lot of her vocals weren't what I was looking for. Everything you hear is nose-to-tail of what I considered usable for the project, and as a result there's about ten seconds missing from each pooping sequence. But I wanted to spotlight it as the biggest stepping stone for everything to come after.

1. Umamusume: Team Spica's Got the Trots

Most of you listened to it in 2026, but this audio is a buzzer beater 2025 release as far as I'm concerned. Team Spica's Got the Trots was an audio I conceived of to challenge myself as much as possible - take everything I had learned that year and put it into practice in a single piece. From music, to sound design, to action, to balancing a big cast, I wanted it to be as hard as possible. And it was. You will never know pain until you try to write thrifty, exposition-heavy fetish dialogue for Goldship. The script took an astonishing month and a half to crack, as I weighed every line and counted the words to ensure it was affordable on its own. And then I actually had to make the audio. I'm actually not even sure if its all that hot to be honest, since its so focused on replicating the rigors of sports anime. But it's well-paced, balanced, funny, carefully curated, and a little stirring.

The amount of concurrent SFX that maintain clarity is something I took a lot of attention to getting right, but I do feel it's "right", or as right as can be. It's also constantly refreshing, with a diversity of sequences that keep the race from feeling like a drag. It's biggest weakness I'd say is the fart sound selection is spread very thin due to the amount of butts in the piece. I also think a lot of the anime SFX fell flatter than expected. But as an experience it manages to carry its weight for thirteen full minutes, with fart scenes, messing scenes, and a dump scene that are roughly on par with anything that came before it. There were shorter audios I wanted to shut off sooner than this. It's a brisk and effortless race to the end as a listener, despite how laborious it was for the writer/editor, and the racers in the story.

To be honest, I don't feel totally satisfied leaving these girls behind. I would love to bring Special Week back for another high stakes, fetish-fueled competition sometime. But I am proud to end the year on a personal favorite.
