Despite her asking for time off, LecheryAmoreVA decided to power through and complete her lines for Vigne. I am extremely proud of her and her performance and I am excited for you all to hear it. However, in anticipation of her not being able to turn the vocals in, I had finished another audio project to go up in its place, including paying an artist for a thumbnail.

To be honest, the stress of the whole scenario has me exhausted, and I am going to take the fact that I have an audio ready to take a day to myself before I focus fully on Umamusume.

I've set a new target date for the "Christmas audio", which is now grossly ironic. January 9th. 1/9 is the original air date of Gabriel Dropout, and it's also one day shy of the first audio I did while starting out as a full-time audio creator: Uzaki-chan Toilet Teasing. It feels like an especially fitting One Year Anniversary project because the first piece of fetish content I ever uploaded was Gabriel Dropout-themed, so I owe much of my "career" to the series. Without its horny stranglehold over me, I wouldn't be making anything in the realm of scat, let alone audios.

Creating an Audio Backlog

For the audio I'll be uploading this week in its place... well, I did not intend to have an audio laying around for such an emergency. It was the audio for a collaboration - an audio-visual project that fell through when the artist vanished on me. If he returns, I'll gladly make a visual version but that's neither here nor there.

I deal with too much stress hoping that others show up for me. So many people bust their ass to deliver on time, but it's just as often things go completely wrong, and I am left holding the bag. Starting now, I'll be taking time to create a backlog of audios that I can schedule out ahead of time for the Instant Access tier to alleviate that stress.

The backlog will be produced with audios I feel confident you will enjoy. I have data that shows which audios you've responded to most positively and which have made the biggest impact on listeners, so I will explore similar concepts, or revisit franchises and characters that have proven popular. I'll also make vehicles for my most consistent and reliable acting talent - staple characters, archetypes, and series' they like, to ensure instances like with Gabriel Dropout, where finding a Vigne voice available for work proved to be difficult.

I will announce audios the same week it's slated to drop, and will do so only when the audio itself is complete and the thumbnail is done to guarantee nothing will go wrong.

Please note that there are no plans for this process to include suggestions or polls at this time. I need to make things I can produce completely autonomously. I'm able to churn out an audio in just a few days under the right circumstances - write when I am inspired, cast when it's convenient for the actress, and edit when I have the time I need. I also don't want to create anticipation for work that will not be released within the month its announced. It's unfair to patrons who pay month-to-month, and those who've stuck with the page surely recall how often that happens.

Oh, and I have purchased minutes on sale from TheVoiceVixxen for the next Zhu Yuan audio (currently being written) and the Midnight/Mt. Lady audio, so this will also not get in the way of funding those projects.

While I know I should be saving up, this is a risk worth taking, as mistakes are costly, and missed deadlines run the risk of losing patron support.
