For anyone who has studied the history of dissociative anesthetics there is one name that cannot be ignored in the scientific literature––Ed Domino––he was the first person to administer ketamine to a human being and his wife coined the term "dissociative anesthetic." Domino is a living legend and this interview contains information about ketamine's history that has never been publicly discussed previously. Many thanks to Nick Denomme for making this beautiful interview possible.

Find the right grey, go that way. It solved decades long depression for me, but be careful. It’s a rabbit hole I can’t describe, but I recommend it. Start with r or racemic as the doctor recommends but I found best results with s isomer (as it was sold as, I don’t have the skills to confirm what I bought but subjective experience matches). Dmt, lsd, 5-Meo show you new things and a different state, but nothing has unlocked (allowed me to recognize and finally process) deeply blocked out trauma that would be lost forever if it wasn’t for this tool. Often, the brain hides the things you need to access in order to heal - NMDA antagonists are the ONLY thing that have put me face to face with these. Thc (420) won’t help you at all in this regard , in my ignorant uneducated opinion. It’ll just allow escape like ethanol and other drugs, which gets you farther from healing not closer

2022-12-30 05:42:30 +0000 UTCKetamine is good for maintenance, but pcp (I feel) is only for non regular exploratory use. Pcp is intense as hell, I can’t see it being tolerable when regularly administered… that being said pcp takes you deeper and gives greater understanding of one’s mind, identifies trauma preventing progress more directly - but I feel if it was used often it would be detrimental I’ve done every drug I’ve heard of , ketamine and other NMDA antagonists are by FAR the most profound … I’d like more content on them. Lsd and 5-Meo-Dmt didn’t produce the positive changes that ketamine and the couple pcp trips I’ve did , they’re (NMDA antagonists) something special I just learned your name and history, but thank you Dr. Domino for saving my life

2022-11-18 08:46:57 +0000 UTCReally curious about K because of issues finding the right mental health meds. Turned off by the clinic prices, but not sure I want to go gray. 420 for now.
