UNSOLICITED COMMENT: I think it’s okay? It happens to me too when I listen to Shibby. I’ll have my eyes closed then start to see this like white light (even if it’s pitch dark in my room) and then I won’t remember anything. It’s like I’m here, I’m listening, I see the light, I cease to exist on this plane of sight or sound, then I either come to when Domina is counting us down to orgasm or counting us awake. I read a psychology article (please do your own research or maybe Shibby will answer this?) that says if we “sleep” passed the session then yes, we slept. If we wake up when the session is supposed to end then we went into Delta? I guess there are four stages: conscious, alpha, theta, delta. (If I recall correctly?) Alpha and theta are allegedly best for hypnosis. We might be going a touch too far into delta. lol Which is why I like when Shibby Says: I know you’re sleepy, your eyes are so heavy, but I’m gonna wake you up now, then drop you deeper. Gives me a chance to reset my sleepy clock. So I can stay with her where I need to be. Instead of getting too relaxed and ruining my own training.

Just listened to this again for the sixth(?) time to really solidify/enhance my training. I still haven’t achieved HFO yet, but I went much deeper than I have before. I’ve been blank (as much as adhd gets lol) and I’ve been tingling. This time though I truly felt like I was floating. Felt like Domina was drifting all around me. Not only my mind. My body as well. Just sort of suspended in space. I went unconscious for a bit. Then came to and got closer to HFO than I ever have. Instead of anticipating the snaps as “what I’m supposed to feel”, I genuinely, physically, sexually responded to the snaps after they happened. I’m quite proud of my progress. Love to hear Shibby say how proud she is! I’m off to try Clench while I’m still in this deeper state of suggestion! 💙

This...this was the one that gave me my first HFO. I turned into a whimpering, trembling mess and I wish the world could have that experience as well. It was kind of an emotional experience as I never knew that I could actually do that.
