Announcement of changes in the way of operation 🌟

1. Hello everyone!

First of all, I would like to send my sincere thanks to all of you who have accompanied me in the past time. During the journey of developing the game, I realized that I was too focused on writing the story, designing and developing, and accidentally let social media channels such as X, Discord or Patreon not operate effectively.

This makes the connection between me and everyone quite limited, and I also easily fall into a state of pressure because I only focus on the game. I feel that time passes too quickly, a week of making a game for me is just a few days, so sometimes I misjudge the idea or progress, making it difficult to be in tune with the player's perspective.

That's why I decided to change the way of operation and provide more tools so that everyone can join me in building a clearer, more sustainable and interesting game development path.

2. New way of working

Instead of just being quiet and posting updates periodically, I will:

• Post more small articles more often: sharing a little progress (small spoilers), bug fixes, posting memes or anything interesting.

• These contents will appear on all platforms: Discord, Patreon, X, ... to help people have more touch points to follow.

• The "spoiler" part in the official updates will be removed, instead, I will post them in small articles.

3. Take advantage of Polls on Discord

Discord will become a hub for idea interaction. Previously, I only did a few polls, but from now on:

• Polls will be larger in number, I will create whatever can be polled, such as: characters, plot, features, update quality, ...

• And there will be a separate Poll channel📊, where everyone can create their own poll with any idea that you think can be contributed

  

• Every month (or at the appropriate time), I will choose the highest voted poll to implement. After completion, the poll will be reset to continue the new idea round.

• In particular, the poll will no longer be absolutely equal but will be weighted based on your role/tier. Those who contribute more will have a higher number of votes - I will explain the details in the section below.

4. Update Patreon Tier benefits

From now on, in addition to the available benefits, Patreon tiers will add the number of votes in the Discord poll:

• Free users: 1 vote.

• For each tier on Patreon: number of votes = tier amount x2.

  

In addition:

• Free users will receive updates 1 week later (instead of 2 weeks as before).

• The free version may include ads — as a small way to support me to have more funds and motivation to maintain the game.

5. Upcoming features

Currently, I am developing two new features and will launch them soon:

Sync saves to the server

• Previously, it could only be saved for 1 hour, in the near future it may be increased to 24 hours or optionally according to the poll results.

• Players can save/play on multiple devices more conveniently.

Language translation mechanism

• The translation file will be uploaded to the server instead of being attached in the game.

• Players can download or delete it as needed, making it more convenient to synchronize the standard translation.

• I will create a poll to choose the new languages ​​to add.

• The translation file can be made public for the community to contribute, thereby creating more quality and diverse translations.

• In addition, some additional features:

• The menu background will be redone after I finish building the map for the Festival event.

6. About the update schedule

With more work, it will be difficult for me to keep the "one update per week" schedule as before. However:

• I will prioritize quality over quantity.

• I will still try to keep the pace around 1 week/update, but if there is a delay, it is to make the game more polished.

This change may be a bit strange at first for me when I start posting more. However, I believe that if the test is successful, this will be the right direction, helping to connect the community and develop the game better.
