Due to the fusees being nearly identical, Barlot's face does not change, though he does have Bardock's signature scar on his left cheek, as well as his typical serious expression. His hair is slightly different from the fusees', as the ends of his hair stick up, but the original appearance is maintained. He retains the red headband that Bardock is usually seen with, and Barlot is always seen with a confident smile on his face, showing that he is fearless (a strong trait that Bardock and Goku share). Like Goku, Barlot is pure of heart, thus immune to the effects of the Demon Ray.
