Someone loudly coming up the stairwell, a motorbike outside, someone shouting at their kids. Right when I thought I had some peace and quiet I heard the loud sound of a power tool, took a look out of the window and well... yeah the rest is there.
Oh and PLEASE excuse my swearing!
