Important Updates.

As I’m sure you’re all aware today has been an extremely hard day for so many Americans across the US. We are heartbroken, distraught, and fearful. Personally, the news of the election has taken a severe toll on me and my mental health. That being said- creating Lykaia has taken a backseat for me in the past few days. While episode 12 was scheduled to be released next week, I have yet to start filming it so it may be delayed. I’ve been spending time with my family for the last 24 hours, because being alone isn’t the healthiest for me right now. Consequently that also means I’m away from my PC. As of right now, I’m unsure whether I can meet the deadline I’ve set for myself. Although I still may end up getting the episode filmed and posted, I wanted to give you guys notice ahead of time. I feel like utter garbage right now and as much as I want to give up on everything- I won’t. I still plan on creating this series and sharing it with all of you for as long as I’m able to. So, next Friday is a tentative date. It’s subject to change, but I won’t be ditching the series entirely. The next ep might just take me a little longer to make. I’m sorry! I should have the first written story posted as an apology by tonight or tomorrow.

Outside of series updates I wanted to share that I’ll be posting free cc on here again. I wanted to provide alternative links to the content I’ve posted on Margot Aspen, so don’t be surprised if you see a few reposts here soon. I’d also like to start allowing patrons to partake in quality testing for cc prior to release. My game isn’t set up for gameplay, so it’d be nice to have someone else test any cc, mods, or builds prior to their release. So, if there’s any issues with routing or last exceptions popping up then you guys can let me know so I can sort things out before it’s posted for free. In the same vein, I also plan on posting more Blender content soon. Especially items for Jade & Marie. I wanted to drop an entire collection at once, but I’m still indecisive about a few pieces. I figured it’d be best to just put out the things I love for now and figure out the rest later. I just need to finish creating AJ’s character model. Savannah is all rigged and ready to go for promotional photos.

Additionally, I plan on creating a new tier to include a brand new service. As I delve more into 3D modeling I wanted to try my hand at making models for other people. They are strictly for blender only and don’t use any EA assets. That said- this would be a pricier service. It’s a commission based project which takes a decent amount of work, so I would only take on about 3 clients a month. I haven’t figured out price points just set, but it would start at about $25. It’s meant to be a one-time service and not a subscription, so I am still waiting on Patreon to roll out that feature for 18+ creators.

The last thing I wanted to discuss is pricing for tiers. Going forward all blender content that’s not for TS4 will be under the $5 tier. I don’t know how to be more honest than I can be with this but I’d like to turn a profit from it. Considering that I may need to move again soon, the extra funds would be helpful. And the funds I receive from the series are already accounted for by my editing programs and storage for the episodes. Especially the editing program. I had to switch to Adobe Premier Pro and y’all know how greedy Adobe is. I contemplated raising the price for the main tier; however, I don’t feel comfortable charging you guys more. Especially if I have to take breaks or if episodes are late. I appreciate your patronage and don’t want you to ever feel taken for granted or advantage of. If there’s any fun things you guys would like to see added to the $2 tier, then let me know. I often need inspiration for content for Margot, so feel free to make any suggestions of content you’d like.

That’s all I have to say for now. As always, thank you guys so much for your support. It might sound cheesy but you guys have changed my life. Never have I ever been validated in the things I’ve created until now. You have helped heal so many parts of me that I didn’t even know were wounded. I love you guys, I love this series, and we will be getting back into it shortly!
