Hornet 20 update
Added 2025-05-11 00:48:52 +0000 UTCMore progress on hornet 20! Color is now in alongside some shading. There of course is more to be done, but I think its coming out well so far. One detail that I will be adding is that the light will be behind hornet in this scene. I hope that this will add some visual flair since its something that I have not done much in the comic. Also it punctuates her turning away, I think it fits. You might be able to tell where im going with it so far, but It will pop a lot more when I get the rest of the shading in.
I didn't mention it last time, but I swapped the swirly eyes for the round bug with X's. I don't know if im gonna have them be actually dead, but it was just funnier to me this way. Maybe I'll add their spirits floating up from their bodies, just something I thought of as Im writing this.
Also I think I like how the background is here much more than I did with the previous one. Even when it isn't finished. It just looks more cohesive. Like always, let me know what you think.
