Hornet 20 lineart
Added 2025-05-04 19:12:49 +0000 UTCThe lineart for hornet 20 is here! Not too much to say that I haven't said last time. But one thing that I haven't talked about is backgrounds! For most pages, ive drawn the backgrounds line-less as if I was painting them. This at least makes them faster to do since they aren't the focus of the comic, but also give some texture that makes it feel more alive. However it also sometimes doesn't fit the style of the characters, with them having outlines. So im trying including the backgrounds in the line-work again to see how it works. Looking at it now I think it feels a little more cohesive.
