42:05 - The heart disappeared because you picked it up. The things your are whacking are moles. Whack-a-mole! Ganons theme actually played a certain moment last episode, but just like in Wind Waker you didn't recognize it :) Since you skipped a lot of basic exploring early on in the game, your are actually having a lot harder time now than it have to be (and i'm not thinking of hearth pieces).
