Its probably because players would have a hard time believing that hulking mass of flesh was able to sneakily follow you with Belshezar LOL. Makes more sense if he's by himself, and then just raises the bodies around the shadowfell if you attack him.

I find it strange the flesh golem is missing from the fight in the shadowfell but oh well minor detail they forgot to account for. I suspect this big assault could well become to episodes so excited for the epic things to come (:
