After like 20 seconds I realized that it's just Mattis going "PREMIUM TRINKETS AND DOODAHS!"

1:08:50 what was that? Lol. I thought I was imagining it, or it was in game until mapo reacted to it irl.

P.S. After having watched the episode, I love you had knowledge of all areas surrounding Last Light, witnessed the funeral, knew Rafael was there, and pretty much knew what Isobel had for breakfast and what was protecting you and Shadowheart, and bugged the hell out of Halsin before even entering the Inn! Halsin was probably thinking "do I have to fuck him to get him to go inside the inn?!" XD
Also, Blue Santa Gale is hilarious and does not go unappreciated. XD

In response to your initial monologue, I would say do what you feel is right, as established early in your playthrough, there is no right way to play the game and there is no real way to completely break it, BG3 is very polished and while some dialogues will become awkward or out of place or the game will kick a backpack back in your inventory because of the ordering you've taken, I wouldn't overthink it too much and trust your choices.
You are a completionist gamer in that you want to experience all that you possibly can and do everything. So for you, it is natural to take two steps forward linearly but then look around 12 feet in all directions and check everything out before taking another two steps forward. I admit, that is how I play games and one of the reasons I enjoy watching your playthrough; but all that being said, this game will warn you if you hit a spot where you'll leave all else behind and it is okay to relax that a bit and check in on the linear story before going back to the side quests and exploration. The game won't punish you if you go in and speak to all the characters and gather all the quests and character arc progressions before looking around and exploring. So you can be comfortable approaching it in the manner that feels best for you.
The game rubberbanded a little when you went back to Act 1 at the doorstep of the Last Light Inn but it will still work normally and you wouldn't miss out on anything either way.
