Iβve recently received a few messages from people asking for a refund for the whole payment after subscribing 1 day β saying it was a βmistakeβ or that they βdidnβt mean to subscribe.β
Letβs be honest here π
Before you subscribe, Patreon doesnβt just randomly charge you. You go through several clear steps:
π Choosing your tier
π Entering your payment info
π Confirming your payment in the final step
So yes, you knew what you were doing.
And even if it was a mistake β you still got access to all the exclusive content in that tier for a whole day (or more!). Itβs simply not fair to view the content and then ask for your money back. I hope you can understand that π
