You really nailed his speech patterns and his throaty vocal quality, and the moments where his mask slips and eventually falls entirely were *chef's kiss*. If this fits into his backstory like I think it does, I can see the pain coming like an approaching freight train. I think Neil would be proud.

It's very obvious that you took a LOT of time to get to know the nuances of the character and write a script that captures it well. You should be so proud of yourself, phas.
