Third tier change
Added 2024-10-06 00:31:40 +0000 UTCi decided to add a limit of subscribers to the third tier so I don't get my workload overwhelmed. I'm testing out a limit of 6 users, see how I handle it. So far 4 members are registered, leaving 2 slots open still
