What happened since my last post is that, as you maybe know, I got strep throat so I had to cancel bikini, hot tub and outdoor shoots, then recover, then a shoot I planned with someone else fell through last minute and then I took over a week to make this!! Whew!
I have also been doing HIIT training lately to get back into even better shape (even though I have been exercising solidly for nearly an entire year since my illness) so I've actually been more tired than usual. I know that my body adapts, that won't be the case!! You will also surely see my progress over the next couple of months.
