"First Blender Project" WIP Update 01

I hope you all had a great weekend!  I certainly did!

For the first time in my animation career, I started a Blender project with the full intent of it eventually being a public release.  Per my "Sam's Facehugger Fetish" release post, I've officially moved to Blender.  The only reason I will launch SFM at this point is to fulfill a commission or add onto an old scene as a form of bonus footage.

I know there could've been tons of choices or a poll to establish who the first female character would be.  Perhaps it was nostalgia, but I just had to choose Samantha Giddings from Until Dawn.  She was the first character model used in SFM, which helped kick-start my animation career.  She was also my first character with voice-over.  And now she'll be the first character in a KGFacehuggers Blender-made public release.

It's still a bit early to give a release ETA.  Blender is a monster of a program with so many things to learn.  But I do have a WIP looping clip to show the foundation of the scene.

It's so exciting to make my own oviposition effects and dictate virtually every aspect of the scene.  Model didn't have jiggly boobs?  I made my own jiggles.  Facehugger tail doesn't function at all?  Oh well, cut it off and just go with it!  I know some of you disagree with that, but unfortunately I don't have the rigging experience yet to fix the facehugger tail.  Not even the maker of the model (Lukas) knows how to fix it at the moment. *shrug*

So as a fun poll idea, let's decide on a name for these curious tail-less huggers!
