Developer Update 2020.03.08

Heya folks!

Hope everyone is doing alright! This isn't going to be a large text wall, it'll be more of me explaining a bit of what's happening with the game at the moment!

Right now I'm making sure what I have of the game at this point is solid. So I'm combing through dialogue, events, etc, to make sure everything makes chronological sense, there are little to no glaring plot holes, things take you where they should etc. This is so I can move forward with everything else and not have to worry about going back and patching things like a maniac.

In terms of groundwork being laid for future ideas, I recently go my hands on a super awesome plug in for RPG Maker done by Dread/Nyanak ! I do not want to spoil what it is, but if you Google it, I'm sure you'll find out what it is. It's worth noting that function won't be used all the time, just for a few maps and some story related content.

As far as lewdness goes, I will be dialing it up, and I'm thinking of ways of adding lewd scenes a bit more earlier. Keep in mind these won't be like right off the bat probably, but hopefully accessible after completing the 3rd floor. The scenes I plan to add will most probably on the side to the main romantic interests, but I do have to complete the bath peek scenes soon!

On the subject of art, I do have a couple of things before I wrap this post up. I plan to simplify my art a little bit in terms of coloring for the game maybe, so I can more easily and quickly add new CG art for the game. The character sprites will not experience this, only the CG scene. If I can't make it in a way that's seamless, then I'll just keep using my old method. Also, I will add chibi type art here and there to add mini scenes that can be cute/fun/lewd. Just to spice things up in dialogue or certain parts of the game. Hopefully I run a test of that idea in the next update!

Anyways, as always, suggestions and ideas, as well as feedback is appreciated and encouraged! Remember to check the Trello board for the game to check what's being done, etc! I update it whenever I can, so it may feel a bit incomplete at the moment, nevertheless I recommend looking through it!
