TLS 0.67.0 Release

Time for some long-awaited content! I hope everyone will enjoy this update and the culmination of this long-running storyline. Let me know if you guys would like to see the updated roadmap here, otherwise I'll just put them on the blog and Steam.

- The succession crisis can now be resolved via a new quest line beginning in Ardford.

- New harem quest beginning in Ardford Religious District.

- Three new sex scenes.

- Four new illustrated scenes: Hilstara x Lynine, Yarra's Joint Squad, Megail + Orilise, Nalili Tentacles

- Item sell bug (hopefully) fixed.


This update was rough on me. I hope everyone agrees that the heart is there: the characters, the decisions, and the consequences of many actions. It probably shouldn't have major bugs or issues. But the dev period was basically all crunch, so I'm unsure how it will feel to play and the math underneath is virtually certain to change.

The main attraction is going to be the conclusion of the succession crisis, obviously. I've seen some speculation that elements I never intended to include will be relevant, which makes me a bit anxious. In any case, I am open to suggestions for additional factors, variables, and complications. This update will vary so much based on past decisions that I'm not sure about the balance for save types I don't have. I definitely punted some testing the playerbase on this one.

Aside from that, we have a full harem quest for Dari! I'm glad I finally got to give her a mystery. ^-^ Designing mystery games is fundamentally tricky and I didn't revolutionize any wheels here. It's not too complex, but that isn't my goal: I hope that it will be an enjoyable change of pace amid all the dungeons and optimizations in the endgame.

Also three sex scenes, giving me an opportunity to write substantially different tones than usual. I had fun with that and hopefully someone else will too. Next update will be more conventional and likely include some succubus wildness.

Thanks, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the new content. ^-^ You may be pointing out an omission here. Am I correct in recalling that variable Kalant (236) doesn't change during the first succession and you only raise Kalant Support (242)? If neither value is never checked anywhere in the new section, that does seem like a mistake.

good update, enjoied dari quest and it's satisfy seen tyna arc completed i'm not roll the numbers (and i think will hold off until .1 release) but the "gut feeling" are good. i don't have see reported anywhere, but the variable kalant support (#0242) you can build during the first succession crisis is never used, intentional red erring?

Okay, I'm mentally pretty separated from this content, sorry. IIRC, the intent was not to include the Amethyst Vineyard, but it may be an oversight. Sorry you lost your progress. Can't make any changes to scripts at the moment, given the workload for the .1 release.

The Ledger doesn't show having a stake in the Amethyst Vineyard. I thought it was cute to sell it for a quick ProN but controlling a national treasure of Aram just is too good to let go. I was playing for an hour without saving and I died... Feel bad for me :P Meh, in all seriousness I went and modified the script "Message Skip" https://pastebin.com/9gQuuYhX Improvements: * Skips faster without accidentally choosing things. Really nice for the long story sections with a choice at the end. * Skips wait times for battle animations and effects. This just gives the skip feature a bit more influence in battles.
