Please don't use Apple iOS for Payments
Added 2024-10-31 23:22:21 +0000 UTCStarting next month, Patreon is giving into Apple's demand to use the iOS in-app purchases.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will take a enormous 30% cut from each payment from people who use the Patreon app in iOS IN-APP purchases (using APple services to pay for Patreon services) That means if you pay $5 for your patronage, 30% of that is taken away from the artist you support and right to Apple who does NOT deserve any of this payment.
