August 18 - Book release!
Added 2019-08-18 19:46:41 +0000 UTCOkay... it looks like all the unpleasant promotional work paid off, because my new book is off to a good start! The new cover above has been well-received, but I'm more enthusiastic about a much smaller image:
Given that you're competing with every book that's ever been written, including Harry Potter, Stephen King, Nora Roberts, etc... breaking into the top 1000 is nothing to sneeze at! I don't think I'll be able to maintain it for long, since even steady sales can't compete at this level, but we'll see how long it lasts!
If anybody has been following this story but hasn't checked the completed book out yet, or was waiting for it to be finished, now is the time. Reviews don't hurt either, if you're the review-giving type. ^-^

Anyway, this is too much promotion stuff for me. I want nothing more than to work for a week without posting anything publicly. That probably can't happen just yet, while responses are still flying, but I've 100% cleared my list of tasks regarding this. Hopefully more creative work is around the corner.
