August 5 Update
Added 2018-08-05 22:28:49 +0000 UTCI've shaken things off and made major progress on TLS 0.37.0. =D The usual ebb and flow of creative energy has been more volatile as of late due to certain issues, but I'm productive overall and feeling good about it.
I sometimes hesitate to talk about the lower points, because they're often just part of normal creative process and I don't want to make too much of them. On the other hand, the post last week helped clear my head a bit, so it may have helped me get on the right track. (Also, I'm getting some writing done as well. How much will depend on my two main projects, as it does take lower priority than them.)
Version 0.37.0 is going to be a substantial update. At first I was thinking it might take longer than a month, but right now my estimate is that I'll be able to finish extra content in the usual time. Having said that, sleeping issues could always rise up and consume my time.
Some negative things have happened, but right now I'm absorbing them without much loss of productivity. Patreon changing its payment processors definitely hit my total for this month, but my main concern is that none of you have serious issues with banks like I've read about in some cases. A programmer I work with jacked his rates up 50%, which is not great, but hopefully it will turn out okay in the end. Will say more about other things when I can.
For now, back to work!

"Come" is equally correct for this meaning of the word. It's not uncommon to see "come" used as the verb form and "cum" as the noun form, but they are interchangeable in both cases. "Cum" is more common in pornography, but TLS adheres to higher literary principles than straightforward porn.

Estimating the time is more difficult (other than roughly a month per update), but it will be months yet. If you're looking a good time to play a chunk, after 0.37.0 might be a good time. If you want to do the whole chapter at once, settle in.

This may be a hard question to answer, as you yourself have mentioned that making games is a creative process with large fluctuations in productivity and creativity, but do you have a solid idea of how many version updates and how much more time remains in Chapter 4 of this game? Its mainly because i prefer to play the new content in one large stretch instead of tiny portions at a time, so i wait for the chapter to be completed.

I am out on a limb here, but if you are in a sort of anxiety - depression - insomnia loop, try adjusting the diet a bit. Caffeine and fast carbs can trigger anxiety. Cut them out or shift their consumption away from the late evening, and it should help with the sleep. Also consider switching to honey and cane sugar wherever practical. I was in this situation myself recently, and was able to kill two birds, anxiety and insomnia, with one stone by doing this.

The wiki says that if you recruited her in chapter 3, that she should be in the business district, but I have looked all over for her and couldn't find her. While it isn't noted in the wiki, do you have to have funded her trade route too?

I'd stomach it if I felt great about his work so far, but it's been a mixed bag, so I'll have to see about changing things. I am always open to writing more in the world of TLS! Having said that, the writing I'm doing now isn't. I am pretty focused on a single book at the moment.

I do hope that everything does go well for you as TLS is an excellent game. Out of curiosity, when you are discussing writing short novels, will you be setting any of them in the TLS universe; side stories on some of the other characters that we do not really get to see much of, due to the point of reference almost always being Simon?
