the werewolf fenrir greyback the ugly is who bit lupin when he was a child, and in the books draco isn't a death eater, he's actually a werewolf and what he shows to borgin in the shop while threating him with a visit from a friend "fenrir" all the trio see is him lift is arm with the bite mark. throughout books 6 and 7 and there's does of obvious and subtle jabs and nods to him being one.
