A top hat i made for one of my avatars! Textures are not included! But if you wanna replicate the same look, You can use Poi, Just make sure to make the middle of the hat transparent! (And if youre having issues with it breaking your pov, DELETE THE CAMERA. It doesnt come with the textures (sorry), however I used Crystal shader and Poi to make it look like this. The black is Poi( smoothness and metallic up) , And the red is the crystal shader. <3
