From my understanding, I don't believe Nero ever directly did so, but did give orders for the rebellion. Though both slaughtered many of each other's peoples, plus the messy family history, there's a lot of chaos, strife, and reason for them to hate each other in FGO. Though they never really get into it very well there. Also ironically in the end, each of them have some tales of commiting suicide by poison, though at different periods of time to escape capture/execution.

Assuming Boudica is still here, I wonder what your interpretation will be of their relationship? It's a complicated one that isn't well explored in FGO.
