Hm sometimes it does that when you aren't a Patreon or that it did not load / render properly (some kind of laggy connection). I can see you're subscribed so I'm not sure if the connection is bad right now, maybe try refreshing it or checking the connection, I'm not sure why it is showing up like that. Can you view the bonuses clear / fine or are they all blury too?
