I'm going to try to explain you some dynamics of this set's editing:
1) the order of the pictures is not as casual as it looks like: it's the order in which I took them. It is the first time I don't edit the order of the pictures, because I want to "force" myself to take them in the proper order, I want to learn to think of what I'm doing while I'm shooting, editing is way too much comfortable. Plus, this order is not so strange: I got naked when it was sunny, and put the dress up cause it started being windy π
2) the colors editing is actually how it looks like: simply casual. Till now I've always followed rules about the conception of "set" as a coherent group of pictures, like to make uniform temperature, white balance and lights. Now it's time to break some rules and learn from new experiences! (duh) I just edited the fucking way I liked considering the photos as singular and not necessarily part of anything. The result? My boyfriend was going to swoon ππ but I like it, the set talks about the feelings I had in that moment, and in the same group of pictures I became a fairy, a '50s cutie and a sort of naked lion.
Let me know your feelings about this set!
Hugs πΈ
