Cancerian with Stellina Stampouli

Hello from New Zealand! :) After two years of closed-ish borders I'm finally back here visiting my family, which is lovely! It's been a busy couple of weeks of packing/preparing and traveling but I've been meaning to share these images, taken by Stellina during my November visit to Austin and some of my new all-time favorites, with you. Stellina and I were walking back to the car at the end of out shoot when I spotted this magical looking patch of tall purple flowers which couldn't be passed by. (I was drawn in by the color although ended up prefering the mood of images in black and white!) It turned out I was sitting / laying in stinging nettle during those first few shots and throughout the standing series I was jumping up and down and struggling to keep it together with the itching but, despite this, I am so happy with the results. I really hope you'll enjoy them as well! :)
