Pole Drops: upside-down dropping!
Added 2024-02-10 10:55:01 +0000 UTCThere are a lot of advantages to doing a drop upside-down: they are generally more balanced (because you hang from a support point rather than balancing above them), look more impressive, and itโs usually easier to gauge the distance to the ground, allowing you to get very close before stopping (if you can hold your nerve!).
The downside is that if youโre not confident in them, they can feel scary! Remember, never take a drop further than you feel confident!
