Pole Camp Moves

It feels like a lot more more than a week since I was in Turkey at this incredible pole training camp, and it’s always a bit of a bump coming back to reality! But here are some highlights of some of the moves and tricks I got up to while I was there.
Let me know if you have any faves that you’d like a tutorial of (obviously not the ones that I can only do with someone throwing me round 😂)
