Bamboo Forest of the Lost and Eientei done within a week! I finally found a workflow that suits me. Also, Steam Demo version is coming soon. I don't know what else to write about, so let's go over some differences between the Demo and Full release.
Fusion is real! You can choose to fuse 2 Sleepers, or choose from a list of Sleepers from your party or the Database (aka your Compendium in this game). This feature isn't present in the Demo because I wanted to limit the number of available Sleepers. It has plenty of content for a Demo already.
Kappa Terminals. This is where you access the Sleepers menu, and upgrade your Phone. In the Demo, you can access the Sleepers menu at anytime through the Phone, and there are no upgrades. These Terminals will be scattered around the world, just like Anomalies and H.E.L.P.
Speaking of Anomalies, you will be able to freely teleport around them after a certain point in the game!
The game will feature a lot of sidequests, some related to the ongoing plot, and some not so much. Examples include:
Finding Koishi in the Palace of the Earth Spirits and retrieving Mask of Hope from her (this one is present in the Demo).
Giving a Burner Phone to Parsee so she stops bothering the bridge goers in Former Hell.
Bringing Remilia's Sleeper to Flandre in the basement so she can test who's stronger without directly harming her sister.
Fulfilling one of Kaguya's impossible requests.
Siding with either Buddhists or Taoists in regards to how Sleepers should be handled.
