Love this file! Sometimes I listen to part 1 first as a warm-up, which heightens the experience. A nice pace for the induction, and Mistress has the perfect pace between triggers. I respond at just the same speed so it really heightens the sensation. I’ve listened to it a few times now and each time it get better and I fall deeper.
