Strong episode. So far, I like this portrayal of a therapist. Cristina has been mean in the past but now she is really being a B****. She's going off on everyone. Yeah, she's hurt but still, too much is too much. Lexi is too good. Wow, that scene with Derek and the woman accepting that her lover is a delusion. That actress knocked it out of the park. Then only to find out he Was real and she died in heartache thinking he was fake. Very Sad. I loved George going in there to get the baby when Miranda and Husband started arguing, then repeating their going to be OK to him. Later he takes Tuck so Bailey can try to save her talk to her husband to try and settle things. I stick by my opinion, George is a good person. I think Callie is using Sloan's sex to combat her feelings for Hahn. Like she feels she needs to use sex with a man to prove to herself she doesn't have feelings for a woman. Meredith doing the mike drop at the end there. Dropping some info.

Damn Cristina really is being an ass here. Lexie might actually be the nicest person in the world. She deserves so much better than what she’s getting! I don’t really like the way they’re hinting at something between Callie and Erica and then at the same time they’re fetishising it with Sloan. Just feels a bit icky. Good to see Meredith accepting the therapy. Let’s be honest she really does need it (honestly everyone does).
