[HSR] Summer Outfit: Phainon

Thank you once again for your patience. This mod was delayed due to my old drawing tablet breaking down after 5 years of use. I hope everyone will be happy with this one!

"C'mon, do you really think you can just go out in the beach with that outfit, Mydei?" Phainon grumbled as he looked inside his closet for his own outfit for their upcoming beach outing. Mydei rolled his eyes and silently put away the outfit Phainon prepared for him, before pausing.
He pulled out a set of outfit he saw and showed it to Phainon. "I think this fit will fit you better." He said, smirking.
Phainon looked at him, not expecting the outfit he chose.

Update: Updated the texture as well as the tattoo. Currently trying to fix a new bug that appeared.
