What is Patreon?
It is a supporting system for artists of any directions where you help your favorite artists to improve their works, give them possibility to buy better tools and materials for work. In return authors give you rewards.   

Who is Rocksy Light?
That's me! :) Everyone knows me as Rocksy, but my real name is Alisa. I was born in the west of Russia and I still live here.  I am engaged with photography since 2013. I live, work and strive to my dreams through the photography. For me it's the way to communicate with the world and with myself. I always look for something new and I try to do something better than I did yesterday. I do believe that art and good entertainment can make the world a better place. Happy people and their smiles are the main goal of my art. 

When are the reward sent?
I send all new works as ready. Usually the complete pack is sharing at the end of the month. All the new works are being made in real time and are sent as ready to all the current patrons. You can get the information about new and available works in my Patreon feed. For a new patrons I'm sharing already-made rewards with the next wave of new rewards or sometimes faster.

Can I change my subscription during the month?
Yes, you can change your tier at any moment. If you increase your donation, the sum difference is charged immediately and you get more rewards this month in the next letters. If you unsubscribe of lower the rank of your subscription, the changes come into force on the first day of the next month.  

How do I get the content?
I send rewards by email as a link to your personal Dropbox folder. I also notify you when I send new content via Patreon feed and private messages. If you didn't get the content, check the spam folder and write me after 24 hours in Patreon private messages.  

When and how are you charged
Your donation is processed on the day of subscription. If you continue supporting me, the next payment will be processed at the beginning of the next month.

Each image sent to any patron has unique security and marking. It helps me to find ones who violate my rights and copyright law.

What is the difference between “Privilege pack” and “Full Pack”?
Privilege pack is a special reward for the most loyal patrons. It's a larger version of Full Pack with some extra content from the same photoshoots released this month, but it can also be provided with some extra delicious content. It usually includes the most revealing photos and videos and it's usually 20-40% bigger than full pack

How to get a privilege pack?
In order to get it, you need to be subscribed to tier 70 or higher for not less than 3 billing periods. For the third subscription period you'll get a Privilege status and the right to get a larger version of content. It doesn't matter if you were subscribed in succession or these were three different months. If you get unsubscribed you don't lose that status, you will still get a special version of my art when you come back.

Can I lose my privileges somehow?
Rarely, when a patron shows disrespect to RocksyLight or her other patrons, the privileges might be withdrawn.

How are my donations spent?
The donations are spent on:
- acquisition of better photo cameras, for the best photos
- Paid apps and subscriptions needed for my art
- photo studios, costumes, other
- photographers, mua, assistants, dressers, wigmakers and other professionals essential for such interesting photos.
- my possibility to be engaged only with photography without being financially challenged when it comes to realization of my ideas achieving best results.
