So I've got a double feature I was working on (2 characters), I realized it just needed more time to cook part way through. So I swapped to working on this set part way through. Thats why I'm posting this at 7am on Tuesday, and not right before work 2 days ago at 6am. I just need to get my shit together I guess.

I had a lot of cool images that I ended up just deleting because I was on a time crunch. I'm glad I did it though, because there was a carbon copy of basically each of those images somewhere else in the set that weren't mangled like Ricky Berwick.

Something I sort of realized I've been doing forever and didn't think twice about was adding the style trigger words via CONCAT instead of just adding them to the prompt. Turns out this makes some of the styles just not work at all, and it makes others behave strange. Now I didn't realize this till about 4 days ago. After fixing it, I realized all my carefully tuned settings were configured for the CONCAT method and they would not work when done normally. 🙃I still haven't fixed them. I don't really want to; So, I unfixed it for all the cleaning segments of generation and only left the initial shaping generation fixed. Which is like sweeping all the dirt under the rug and saying you cleaned.

Something else I've been doing out of habit is cleaning all the exif data from the images. Not like these are photos that can give away my location or anything like that. I used to do it because I was worried that someone would steal my workflow from the metadata attached to the images. Now that I've thought about it for the first time in a while, I realized that there is no need to worry about that. I use so much esoteric nonsense and now even custom nodes that I've made myself, there is actually a zero percent chance my workflows would be useful except to learn the names of the LoRAs I use and learn one or two new ways of doing things. That being said, I still wipe the metadata from the images because it takes a single minute to do so and it saves 250kb per image (about 70MB per set and about 10% of the size 🤔)
Committing to finishing this set before I went to sleep sounded like a great idea 7 hours and 54 minutes ago.
