So these didn't turn out nearly as bad as I thought they would. When I did the initial batch only about 10 percent of them were even okay at best. When I cleaned them up, I didn't even end up deleting any. I can only assume this happened because the character is portrayed wildly different depending on the source of the artwork. Early anime, current anime, the manga, the card art, and all the fan art; all of it is crazy different styles. I suspect that a wealth of different depictions of this character already existing in the base model leaded to design conflicts during initial generation. This is probably one of the only few times when having too many images of a character is a problem.
