Hello and thank you all for being here. This set was used to get my fresh install back to working order, thats partly why there are big gaps in the file names. When I first started creating images, I never imagined I'd spend so much time on stupid, tiny edits. Years ago, I'd look at other artists' work and think to myself, "How the hell could they release this with such obvious flaws?" Especially when it came to eyes in AI art. I'd always think, "That would be so fucking easy to fix. Why don't they just do it?"

Now that I've scaled up my own image production, I finally get it. The sheer volume of "small, easy fixes" is overwhelming as hell. It's like trying to throw back every starfish that washes up on shore – there are simply too many. While each edit might not be a massive undertaking on its own, the combined weight of all these small corrections forces you to pick and choose what's worth fixing.

This reality really hit me in the face when I was working on the Android 21 set. Imagine doing anything 100 times – sure, you're like "yeah, I could pick my nose 100 times," but now imagine doing it multiple times a week, knowing people have to actually like it. Factor in that about half the time you'll need to start over because you screwed up or got unlucky, and suddenly those "easy fixes" aren't so easy anymore.

You could play it safe to increase your success rate, but that leads to uninspired, shit-quality work. You have to be willing to make the bad stuff to create something truly exceptional – like having to milk the whole damn cow to get the cream off the top. And while you can't save every starfish, the ones you do save matter.
