【Dr-Alu News #3】My neck has been hurting a little...
Added 2023-08-24 19:16:03 +0000 UTCUpdate #1 (August 30): I stoped using my old char and I'm trying not to use the phone/tablet so much, thankfully the pain is getting better and I can finally work a little more peacefully! there are still a lot of changes to make, but I'll keep doing my best!
It's been really hard to work with constant pain even if it's not that big, I already got treatment and we think it's due to the chair and sofa I was currently using (they're a little old), I'm already setting everything up to work in better conditions, including a chair with proper spine support according to my height, new desk and maybe change the cushions of the sofa or something, I will also start a workout routine to improve my health so, let's hope everything goes well!
Nevertheless, I still have 3 Hololive artwork pieces setup for this week, since I'm currently setting up my workstation, I'll probably just upload the 3 of them during the weekend!
