Cleetus McFarland's "Eagle" (Prototype Chutes)

After losing all of my files and only managing to recover a few, I finally have eagle at a decent enough level of completion to release

Features:
Working parachutes (Different than the mustang and mullet, these actually have working strings as well as a sound that plays when you deploy them. These chutes also reset when you respawn the car so you don't have to activate the chutes again to close them)
Custom exhaust backfire
Fully functional FuelTech screen
Headlights and taillights with the updated glowmap logic
Front AND rear weight ballasts
Adjustable traction control
Working window net
Fuel pump sound

Future plans:
Improve the chute quality (It's not the prettiest but it works)
More motors with more customization options
Different liveries and designs
Different parts (Front clip, wing, etc)

This is anything but a finished product so expect bugs
