This Week At KosoruCG8/12-8/18

Oh...man, I feel like there are too many things going on recently, I should talk to you guys about my anxieties.

When {Stream sniping 5} was completed, I felt unprecedented excitement. It was the freshness of completing something unknown, but along with it came unprecedented anxiety, "Will people like this new style?"

I once said that I want to try to attract more people, because if I can attract more people, it means that my work is better than before, maybe? of course I will hear people tell me that they like a video like this, but I can tell you that if someone doesn't like it they usually don't tell me that they don't like it, at least I won't tell other creators that I don't like their new work, Even if I have a subscription.

When I say "I want to attract more people" I also think about these people who have supported me before, who have been telling me things they like about me since a long time ago, am I disappointment them? Because what I make is different from before? I don't have an answer to this question.

You'll notice that I rarely hold polls or ask people what I should do, The reason is not that I don’t care what everyone thinks. it's because I think most of the questions have no answers. You can only know whether it is good or bad after you try it.

I've seen other creators ask: "Should I use AI or not use AI?", Well, you will definitely not get the answer to this question, because the real answer is: "If using AI will make your works better, then you should use it, if not, then you shouldn't use it."

So how do you know whether it would be better to use AI? You can only use it and observe what happens after using it.

And that....That's the hardest part my friend. Do you know what is the cruelest part of something? If someone tells you: "I want to succeed!", No matter if you tell him that it's not that easy or you need to make a lot of sacrifices, he will definitely tell you that he is willing to endure hardship. People don't give up on success so easily, But the truth is, you should tell him that even if you sacrifice everything, you may not succeed, This is where all this anxiety comes from.

I often tell you that I throw all my work progress during the day into the trash can, well, this often happens, when I want something new, it sometimes doesn't work, you put in a lot of time and you don't get it. this kind of thing probably accounts for 90% of life. success is accidental and failure is inevitable.

I am trying a completely different direction now, and it can even be said that I am following the mainstream model. Will I lose myself along this path? The weird thing is when I was thinking about this, I thought of the Dragon Scroll from "Kung Fu Panda", change makes me anxious, but if is change make who I am?

When I was thinking about this, I watched {Stream sniping 5}, I loved this video so much. I remembered that I started making videos because I wanted to see more Hentai videos. Increasing views has never been my ultimate goal, it’s just a number to use as a reference to see if my videos are better than before. Maybe no matter what kind of changes, as long as it make me like my work more, then this is good.

Oh, I seem to have not mentioned about the production of the video? The next video is {Stream sniping 6}, I expect that the whole of August will be {Stream sniping}. We will test it first to see if the new style is better, and then we will make other progress.

If you have any ideas about my videos, please let me know! I'll be happy to answer your questions

Let's talk about discrimination because it's been on my mind lately. The other day, as I was about to head out, I ran into a mailman who asked me, "Sir, do you know where No. 54 is?" I started thinking, trying to recall where that might be, when my neighbor, an older woman in her sixties, came out and told the mailman, "You’re asking him? He doesn’t know anything. He…." The mailman looked like he couldn’t care less and just wanted to know where No. 54 was. Meanwhile, my neighbor started chatting away with him about me, and I thought to myself, "Oh, you think you know me?" I just walked away, leaving the helpless mailman with the overly eager woman lol.

I remember when I first moved in, my uncle, who used to own the house, mentioned that before I started living here, the house always had this musty smell, but now that I’m here, it’s gone. He thought it was great that someone was taking care of the old place. Then, we bumped into that same neighbor. She knew my uncle and immediately started complaining about my motorcycle, saying it was too big and useless. In our country, scooters are the preferred mode of transport, and the government has spread the idea that only reckless young people would choose a motorcycle. She even said I wouldn't be able to ride it into the garage because we live in a narrow alley, despite the fact that I’ve been doing it daily for months. She told my uncle that my generation is weak, unlike hers, and that we can’t handle pressure or difficulties. But she’s wrong because there’s data showing that two-thirds of our country’s wealth is in the hands of those over 50, meaning her generation had it easier.

She kept complaining about how terrible I am, as if living here requires some special skill. I can’t imagine how rude you have to be to criticize someone right in front of them like that. My friend asked if I had done anything to upset her, and while I said I had no idea, deep down I know why. I’ve heard politicians talk about eliminating discrimination, but I know it’s impossible and maybe even undesirable. It’s not just about race or gender or sexuality; people compare everything. My neighbor thinks she’s better simply because she was born earlier in a tougher time, even though data shows her generation had more opportunities. And then there’s this guy I know who was shocked that I don’t watch TV and told me I’d be ignorant if I didn’t keep up with it, even though everything he says seems to be just parroting what some TV host told him. If people can feel superior just because they were born earlier or watch more TV, how can you eliminate discrimination?

The truth is, enemies need to be created. Ancient Rome told its citizens that Christians were the enemy, and they should be fed to lions. In medieval Europe, the church told people that witches were real, causing disease and misfortune, and everyone discussed how to kill these imaginary enemies instead of focusing on real issues like the economy or justice. Leaders tell you who your enemy is to unite people, like Hitler did. He pointed out an enemy to avoid dealing with unsolvable problems. Leaders won’t tell you how they’ll fix the economy or unemployment because they can’t, so instead, they create an urgent enemy, something supposedly more important than your daily life, making you believe this enemy is the real threat, not poverty or social issues.

Once, someone told me they wished all the Chinese would drown in a flood. I asked if he thought the flood would only kill enemies, as if every single person there was a communist or an enemy. His response? He accused me of being a Chinese spy and refused to talk to me. Our society is great at creating enemies. When I tell people that the Romans persecuted Christians to maintain power or that the church hunted witches for the same reason, or that Hitler targeted Jews for political gain, they just tell me it’s different now. But if these things have happened repeatedly throughout history, how can you think it’s different this time? Our country is still creating enemies. Last month, I was drafted into the military. They told us we had to fight against our enemies, ignoring the law that says the government can’t imprison its people. But apparently, when there’s a common enemy, that law doesn’t matter. In the military, they told us that if the country is in danger, we must step up and protect it. They claim to be a democracy, yet they preach the same ideas that communist countries do: that citizens must fight for the country, not the other way around. I’m just an ordinary person. You can talk to me about historical grievances, national sovereignty, democracy, and communism, but what I care about is whether the lightbulb in my room is working. Sacrificing for the country sounds like nonsense to me. Today, the government can’t even search someone’s house without a warrant, let alone imprison someone, but somehow, after inventing an enemy, society accepts these actions.

I told my father that forcing people into military training is a communist tactic. He just said that it’s been like that since his grandfather’s time and that it’s necessary to protect the country, as if anything unreasonable becomes acceptable when it’s about our enemies. Now you see the advantage of creating an enemy: you can do whatever you want as long as you claim it’s to eliminate that enemy. I bet when Hitler rounded up all the Jews, most people didn’t object because they genuinely believed the Jews were the enemy. Just like when witches were burned in Europe or when Christians were fed to lions in Rome, people didn’t object because they thought it was necessary. When I say that military conscription violates human rights, people tell me I’m an anarchist. But I’m not against having a government; I just think it’s absurd that in a so-called democracy, the government can limit our freedom in the name of fighting an enemy. Honestly, if you ask anyone on the street if we’re a democracy, they’ll say yes because we vote for our president. Well, Russia also votes for its president, and I’ve heard that in China, they vote by raising their hands to choose the next premier.

When I see my neighbor feeling superior just because she was born earlier, or someone thinking they’re better because they watch more TV, I know world peace is impossible. You can’t create a world where everyone lives in harmony. Here’s a little story: the other day, I was eating noodles at a local shop, and a customer started chatting with me. I didn’t think much of it. After the customer left, the owner came over and told me that the guy was an elementary school teacher who had been driven out for molesting a girl, so now he lives in this remote area. I’m pretty good at handling these situations. When the shop owner told me all this, I just said two things: “Really? Then why?” and that was enough to end the conversation. But the owner thought I was really interested, even though I wasn’t. You know, when I first moved here, my uncle told me that there were rumors in the village that I was either a fugitive or in debt, which is why I moved to this godforsaken place. People even said that the aunt who often helps me sweep leaves was hired to do so, but she just does it out of kindness and doesn’t get paid. Even in a small village like this, people can be so suspicious and gossip about others. How can you eliminate prejudice?

Well, I think we’ve all realized by now that prejudice and discrimination can’t be eliminated, just like economic and unemployment issues can’t be solved. So the government starts creating enemies to maintain control because people have lost interest in problems that can’t be solved, but they’re very interested in witch hunts. That old woman next door even talks to the mailman about how awful I am. Once, when I was working on my motorcycle, I overheard someone asking where something they left by the road had gone, and she immediately said I must have taken it. I think she spreads these rumors and shows such hostility simply because she wants to unite the villagers against me, the outsider. That way, everyone has something to do or someone to listen to. Creating an enemy happens on all levels, from national governments to villages spreading gossip, to school kids bullying a classmate. This happens every day throughout history and in our lives, and no one notices. When I tell people that the enemies they believe in are manufactured, they just think I’m a spy lol.

Nah, enough of this weird stuff. Anyway, this week we’ll continue working on {Stream sniping 6}, and I’ll keep an eye on how this new style is evolving. I make a lot of changes, and I know not everyone will be happy with them, but I always have reasons for my decisions and am happy to explain the thought process behind them.

Okay that's all, Thank you for watching the weekly report, I hope you are looking forward to the next video!
