First off, huge thanks to the master Decopong for providing the character card. He just finished making it today, I saw the character and instantly loved it, so I went ahead and made this video.

Next up, big thanks to the master Sovereign for letting me rework and modify the scene he created.

This piece wasn't in my production plan at all—I'm rushing to finish the sequel for the [Disaster] series. The poll isn't over yet so I still don't know which character people will pick, but even without knowing that there's already plenty of stuff I can work on ahead of time. Plus I still owe a bunch of half-finished videos from before, so I didn't dare make this one too long in case it delays everything else. But if people really love this scene, maybe—like with [Stream sniping]—I can find some time later to finish it out properly.
To be honest, I just happened to spot this character card that the master Decopong made on Pixiv, so I went ahead and built this scene around it.

Known Issues (Including Older Scenes & KKSE v3 Update)
Since KKSE is significantly different from the original KK version I was using, all SDs from before New Management may have some predictable flaws.
Transparency Issue: Scenes with a fade-to-black effect may show a semi-transparent oval caused by insufficient sphere transparency. You can fix this by deleting the sphere object or reducing the alpha value in the timeline from 0.5 to 0.
Physics Collision Issue: Interactions between body parts and the chest may cause physics collision problems. There is currently no solution, but such scenes are rare.
Binding Position Issue: Some scenes using NC and sphere binding may have sphere positions deviating from their original positions. Fixing this is complicated and not recommended.
Missing Mods in Older Scenes: A small number of older scenes may have missing mods after upgrading to KKSE v3.
High-End GPU Crash (Rare): In very rare cases, high-end GPUs may crash KK. This happens because KK uses a very old engine — the more advanced the GPU, the more likely unexpected issues can occur.
Character Card Detection Issue: If you open both the main program and Studio at the same time and create a new character card, Studio may fail to detect it.
Overall Stability: Most SDs work normally without visible issues. For problematic SDs, deleting or making male characters transparent, or removing sphere objects usually resolves them.
KKSE is currently being updated to KKSE v3. These issues are mostly minor but annoying. However, the update greatly improves scene creation, so upgrading is recommended. That said, KK is probably close to its technical limit. In the future, aside from mods, the update frequency of KK itself will be reduced to minimize errors caused by modern hardware.
What is KKSE?
KKSE is a highly lightweight version of Koikatsu that I have modified. I removed all unnecessary elements, keeping only the always-useful plugins and mods. It is the same version I use, so it fully supports all my SD files.
This is a version I personally recommend.
Who Should Use KKSE?
This is a version I recommend. If you have no idea which KK version to use, I suggest trying KKSE. However, if you already have a customized KK setup that you're happy with, there's no need to download it.
If you don’t know what Koikatsu is, don’t download it. Extracting files is as basic as tying your shoes—I’m not your IT support. I focus on creating content, not troubleshooting issues.

Well, but there shouldn't be any kids here, right?
This is a series I started planning about half a year ago, but because the character archetypes are way too similar to [Invade], I kept debating which one to do first. Then I realized remaking an existing work is actually insanely difficult—I was completely boxed in by the original framework, making any real changes feel impossible.
The massive amount of work made me see that starting a brand-new story from scratch would actually be way faster. In my plan, this series is going to replace the [Invade] remake entirely. In other words, I'm not doing the [Invade] remake anymore. I'm just going straight to a new story—and that story is the [Disaster] series.
Right now I'm planning to focus on updating this series and just drop four episodes straight to wrap it up completely, the same way I did with the [Requiem] series a few months back. If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments below or come find me in my server—I'm happy to answer whatever you've got.

Following our fine tradition, I'll drop the pics first and then tell you what the hell happened.
"This is a work-in-progress scene snippet. Everything here could still change by the time it officially releases."
This project is set in a fictional world where one day a country gets hit out of nowhere with air raid sirens and bombs dropping everywhere. A little boy runs home from school through the chaos of the war, only to find his mother and his little sister lying dead on the ground. And yeah, you guys can probably guess what happens next.
Why did I suddenly decide to make this piece? Well, the truth is I've actually been planning this new series for about half a year now—roughly around the same time I announced the [Invade] remake. But honestly, these two projects are super similar: both feature a very young girl and a MILF. The only real differences this time are no pillow and no creepy uncle climbing in through the window. I just didn't want to put out two stories with basically the same setup back-to-back in such a short time. That's one thing.
The second reason is that this is actually the second time I've announced I'm remaking the [Invade] series. If [New Management] marks the start of KosoruCG 2.0, then [Invade] is basically the starting point of KosoruCG 1.0—everything before that was more like a beta phase or prototypes. So [Invade] really holds huge significance for me. That's exactly why I want to make its remake.
And the reason I announced it about half a year ago but then paused was because I had no clue how to actually make the remake. Do people want something super close to the original, or should I make changes? If I don't change anything, is it even really a "remake"? So this time my original plan was: okay, fine, I'll start making changes. I'll tweak some stuff to make it fit what I want now. But then the problem hit me—I was super restricted by the framework of the old work. What I created back then has now become a huge limitation for me. The stuff from that time isn't refined enough, so to make it more polished I have to overhaul it massively. But if I'm gonna make such huge changes anyway... wouldn't it just be better to start a completely new story from scratch?
So I made this scene to serve as [Invade 2.0] instead of a straight remake. It’s got a similar character lineup, way more polished scenes, and a better-thought-out story. Honestly, I just can’t bring myself to remake something I already did before. Sorry to anyone who’s disappointed—I’ve announced twice now that I was gonna remake the series. But please let me make it up to you with this: I’m treating this new series as [Invade 2.0] to replace the remake I originally planned. I really hope you guys end up liking this new story. Since it’s a project I’ve been planning for a long time, my pace right now is actually super fast. I’m expecting to have the first episode ready in two to three days so people can check out the new series. And finally, I wanted to ask everyone…
Of course we'll end up using both of them eventually, but which character do you want to appear first in the earlier episodes? What I mean is, I want my scenes to have a bit more logical flow, but I'm not really sure what standard I should use to decide which one this little boy interacts with first.Anyway, the first episode won't have any interaction scenes, so you've got plenty of time to think about it until I start working on episode two.Feel free to drop your thoughts in the comments below or come find me in my server. One last time—my sincere apologies.
I really don't think I can pull off the [Invade] remake, but I still have to keep moving forward, so I gotta do something.
You guys remember how I said last time I was only gonna upgrade the image quality and smooth out the animations without touching or changing any of the original vanilla content? Forget all that—I changed my mind, I'm gonna start modifying the content now.
After seeing this composition, I feel like we should gag her mouth. So I'm gonna revise the events in the original plot and add a new shot.
I believe you guys will agree right?
The first thing is that after the official release of the [Invade] remake, it won't carry the "R" label. So it'll be called [Invade 01], not [Invade R 01]. Basically, they're pretty much the same thing anyway. I just don't like slapping a bunch of "plus" or "promax" crap on titles, so straight-up [Invade 01] it is. As for whether it's the 2022 version or the 2026 version, everyone can figure that out themselves.
The second thing is, this month I'm insanely busy. Part of it is because my computer crapped out last month, and after getting it fixed I still have a bunch of files to sort through and organize. The other part is that I upgraded my animation software so I could do way more stuff, but all those upgrades basically require me to add and integrate everything myself—like my filters, modules, plugins, and so on. And honestly, I haven't even finished setting all of it up yet. But I figure it's about time to get back to making this month's animation, which is the [Invade] remake. Just like the original, the first episode is gonna clock in at 90 seconds. With my current production quality level, a 90-second animation is seriously hardcore as hell. And that leads right into the third thing I wanna talk about.
The third thing is, after my computer crapped out last month, I was hauling it around everywhere trying to get it fixed. It took a whole week before I finally got back home and immediately jumped right back into catching up on my own schedule. The result? For about the past week, I've been waking up every morning feeling like I never actually rested. When it's time to sleep, I can't fall asleep, but when I shouldn't be sleeping, I don't feel tired either. It's like my brain stayed fully awake for seven straight days. I'm starting to feel pretty worn out, so I'm planning to slow down a bit for a few days—probably just two, knowing my usual rest habits. Who knows, maybe by the time I post this WIP and you read it, I'll already be back at full speed again. So yeah, you can expect [Invade 01] to drop a couple days later than I (or you) originally planned.
Alright, that's all the content for this WIP. If we're lucky, I'm hoping to wrap up the [Invade] remake sometime in January, and then we can jump straight into the next project. If not, we'll just keep grinding on it into February.
If there's anything I didn't mention, or if you have any questions, feel free to drop a comment below or come find me in my server.

If I had equipment like this, I'd be damn confident I could train myself into a straight-up Hercules.
The best part about this setup is that it's literally right next to the showroom. So you can stay in the same scene—first put your waifu in the box, then just walk over to the gym next door and start training.
According to our fine tradition, I'm putting Tamamo here first.
I'm currently working on the remake of [Invade], but I'm running into some technical issues that need new tools to fix. And these new tools can't just be swapped in one at a time—I have to redo everything from scratch. So right now, taking advantage of the new year starting, I'm upgrading and reorganizing my toolkit to add more features that can handle a wider range of work. To make sure this version is stable and reliable, I should wait until the first episode of the [Invade] remaster is released before I put out KKSEv3.
For January, the planned progress is to finish the Invade remake, and then in February we'll wrap up some of the previous WIP videos that were posted but never completed. Even though some of those are close to 85% done, I still want to stick to the plan for the new year. I think it was a good move during the Requiem series to just finish an entire series at once, so I'll keep that approach going forward to keep the new year from getting too chaotic.

Thanks to them for providing such high-quality scenes and characters—I basically just did the final polishing and animated it.
Gotta say, making some furry characters every now and then is actually pretty fun. This video will be December's—and obviously the last one of the year. Basically, next month I can start working on the Invade remake. I'm planning for this remastered version to have about four episodes too. I want to keep the original video's content intact and just focus on technical upgrades and visual improvements, so the remake doesn't lose the original feel of the work.
Hope you like this video!
Here's the cover image first, keeping up our good old tradition—some folks might want it.
Merry Christmas, everyone! Not sure if you guys are still in the middle of holiday break, but I'm personally super stoked to be back at my workstation.Alright, let's jump into today's topic. There's gonna be a bit more content than usual today because this ties into the stuff I was working on with my backup laptop while my graphics card literally exploded last week.
The first thing—and honestly the most important one—is what we're doing in January. Last month I said December was gonna be all about finishing the Requiem series plus wrapping up a bunch of those half-done short clips I'd shown off before—like the Nahida and Chisato ones that never got completed. That was the plan, but then my PC decided to straight-up die on me, so I couldn't get any of it done.By the way, even though my rig has a 5080 graphics card, I sent it back to the manufacturer, they spent a whole week "fixing" it and then told me nothing was wrong with the card. So that's when I started digging around to figure out what the hell was actually screwing up my computer.
Turns out the culprit was this fucking graphics card riser/adapter thing. Back when I got my PC built, the guy assembling it told me the card was too heavy and I'd need a different mounting setup, so he suggested buying a riser to install it in a cleaner, prettier way on the motherboard. Fine, I bought it.From the moment I got this rig in March, the thing kept having random screen freezes and crap like that. But I was too busy to deal with it, so I just kept putting it off—until last week when it finally wouldn't even boot anymore. All the symptoms screamed "graphics card failure," especially since I'd heard tons of people having 5080s die on them, so I yanked the card out and sent it straight for repair. They spent over a week messing with it and guess what? The card's perfectly fine. The problem was that goddamn riser/adapter the whole time. Fix was super simple: rip that thing out, plug the card directly into the motherboard slot like normal, then just prop it up with a little support stick underneath so it doesn't sag. What a ridiculous waste of time and stress lol.
Anyway, my PC is fixed now, and back when the screen kept freezing for long periods, someone already helped me out by going into the BIOS and underclocking the graphics card to make it more stable. It still froze sometimes, just way less often. Imagine buying a 5080 graphics card, but when you run it at full speed it causes freezes, so you dial it back to basically 5060 performance—and it STILL freezes occasionally. Now that I've yanked out that fucking graphics card riser/adapter, my card can actually run way better than before. I can clearly feel the performance boost—whether I'm playing animations or generating AI images, everything's smoother and faster. So yeah, my computer's fixed, and honestly it's performing better than it ever did.
Okay, next thing: While my PC was down, there was no way I was gonna build scenes on my backup laptop, so instead I focused on tweaking my existing character body types and fixing some known issues to make them way more compatible with the vast majority of resources and character cards floating around in the KK community.
The one at the top is the Mito model I used in Special Coaching, and the one at the bottom is the revised/updated version.
Actually, something I've known for a while is that because my characters are super heavily customized, about 95% of my scenes end up with serious misalignment, clipping, or bone issues if you swap in a different character. The reason is that when I was building most of my characters, I scaled down the body proportions or tweaked certain parts by shrinking them, so I'd have to separately adjust values in the scene to enlarge the character or the whole setup. Compared to most standard models, my characters are way smaller, which makes the scenes a lot harder for other people to use.
So I've made some tweaks now—the characters keep their original body proportions, but their overall size matches what most people in the KK community use for their character cards. This way, folks who have my SD files don't necessarily have to load the Chika card I included to make everything match my exact body shape just to use the scene properly.
These past few days I've been online downloading a bunch of character cards that other people made and testing them in my own scenes. Like I thought, about 95% of them have issues—bones getting all twisted and deformed, or huge height differences causing a ton of problems. Especially my more recent works, since they're way more precise; the older stuff actually fits better with other people's cards.Since I don't sell character cards and I'm not trying to pull an Apple and lock everything down, I figure my SD files should really work with most of the character cards out there in the community. I've known this for a while but never got around to fixing it—partly because I've been too busy, but mostly because of technical hurdles that I just couldn't figure out how to solve. But now that I've improved it, pretty much all my future SDs are gonna be in this new format.
At the same time, I also made better tweaks to my current character body types specifically for the Invade remake I already had planned for January. Honestly, I'd already redone these two characters before, but now it's a version that's way more... fitting to their actual character roles and vibe.
I’m not gonna describe what age these two characters’ body shapes are supposed to represent—otherwise it’ll cause a ton of trouble. You guys can figure it out on your own.
So—January's plan is still what I said last month: the Invade remake. I've been talking about remaking this series forever and had it planned out, but I kept dragging my feet way too long. So I'm finally wrapping up the Invade remake in January, no excuses. As for the stuff I originally said I'd do right after finishing Requiem—like Nahida, Chisato, and that almost-done Hololive goblin cave scene—those are getting pushed back to February now. That's the plan.
As for the rest of this month, I've got a collab project going with another creator. Right now we're planning it as a single-shot short clip. Since we don't have a ton of time, it's not realistic to turn every idea into some massive production. And since it's a collab with another creator, this video will be fully public and free to watch. We should be able to wrap it up before January rolls around, no problem.
Alright, that's all the content for today. If you've got any questions, feel free to hop into my server and ask, or just drop a comment down below—I'm always happy to answer you guys.
Alright everyone, my 5080 graphics card has officially died on me. I'm sending it in for repair, and it might take like two weeks.
I honestly have no idea how long this graphics card repair is gonna take—the repair guy straight up told me he doesn’t know either. Anyway, once it’s fixed I’ll get new content out to you guys as fast as I can. The next couple weeks are probably gonna be super boring for me lol.

Here comes the Requiem 04! And I finally have a series that I actually took from episode one all the way to the very last one and finished the whole thing. Feels like this hasn’t happened to me in about two years.
According to last month’s report, it’s time to finally finish all those half-done short clips I’ve been sitting on.
Finally, huge thanks again to the original artist "blackviper27 " provided all the assets for the entire [Requiem] series. If you have any questions or wanna check out more of the artist’s work, feel free to hop into my Discord server

well I’m probably gonna speed up this series a bit cuz I’m already starting to miss Nahida, so I really wanna go finish Picnic 4. But we’re still sticking to the plan: finish this series first.
Hope you enjoy this video!
Following our finest tradition, here’s the cover art dropped right up top in case anyone wants to grab it first.
Alright, let’s get into it. First things first, the most important question:
what’s coming next?
Basically, last year I did this whole thing where I wrote out a full 2025 plan laying out everything I was gonna do this year. I’m curious if any of you even remember it… or if anyone actually took it seriously (cuz even I just tossed it aside and forgot about it lol).
For a creator, it’s already damn near impossible to know what you’ll be doing four days from now, so making a full-year plan is straight-up fantasy. But having zero plan at all screws you over hard—I’ve been doing this for three years now, so I know that much. So I’m picking the middle ground: we only plan the next month, and we actually stick to it. That way we’ve got direction and a real shot at getting shit done.
So what’s on deck for next month? First up: I’m finally wrapping the [Requiem] series. Two episodes left, but they’ll be short single-camera loops of the two side girls. That way I can crank them out fast without holding up everything else, and the girls who showed up in the first two parts still get their moment. After that, it’s cleanup time: finishing every half-done project that’s been rotting on my hard drive.
These animations are actually super close to being done. They just got abandoned back then because I was testing some features or ideas. Since people seem interested, I figure December is the perfect time to finally finish them up and put a bow on them. Then we roll straight into the big focus starting January.
I’m gonna put the [Origin] series on ice for at least six months. Two reasons:The Chisato video I made back then was literally the same motion set I was planning to use for [Origin]. If I finish Chisato in December and then drop another [Origin] episode in January, you guys are gonna see basically the same thing twice in a row. Nobody wants that.
That video got almost zero comments and barely any views, so I’m guessing people aren’t really into it. Time’s always limited, so I’d rather spend it on stuff you actually care about.
Because of those two points, I’m freezing [Origin] updates for now. Also, part of the reason I even started [Origin] was to test clothing-removal animation. That test is done, so [Origin 01] already served its purpose.
So after all that, what the hell is January? It’s finally time for the remake I’ve been planning forever: [Invade R]. Let me tell you how I’m gonna tackle this thing.
In my original plan, I was gonna build a brand-new scene from scratch and remake the whole thing frame-for-frame using current tech, either from the old video or my memory. That was the idea, but I’m scrapping that approach now. Let me tell you why.
First reason: time cost. Doing it that way would take an insane amount of work. Back in the day I could pump out four videos in a few days because the tech was way more limited and everything was super rough. If you made me remake the old [Invade] series today with my current skills and standards, even a conservative estimate would be three to four months, especially if I wanna nail every detail, add new shots, etc. And during those three to four months you guys would get literally nothing else because I’d be locked in on this one project. I don’t think that’s a good deal for anybody.
Second reason: I’m not the same guy I was three years ago. If you force the current me to imitate the old me, the end result is gonna feel totally different anyway. My tastes, my focus, everything’s changed, so it probably wouldn’t even feel like the “remake” people are expecting. That’s why I think it’s way more legit to just pull out the actual scene files I used back then and only upgrade the motions, camera work, effects, everything gets polished, but it’s still the original bones. It’s like taking the old piece out of the attic and giving it a proper shine instead of building a knock-off from memory.(If I ever wanna do a brand-new series with a similar vibe and scene, that’s a different project, and yeah, I’m actually planning that for February.)
So I’ve been telling you guys forever “I’m gonna do a remake,” but honestly I had zero clue how to actually do it. Now I finally have a solid plan, so I’m just laying it out straight.
Then, to cut the long story short and sum up both December and January:December: finish a pile of half-done projects and (temporarily) wrap the [Requiem] series with all four episodes. I say “temporarily” because I still have a bunch of characters from the same collab creator, so the story will continue someday.January: finish the [Invade] remake. I’m only polishing and shining the original files (maybe add a tiny bit of new gloss), but I’m not changing the shape or the ingredients. Now for some news that might affect the schedule:
Last year my animations got so complex that my old 3080 just couldn’t keep up anymore. Massive stuttering and performance issues were killing my workflow. So early this year I went out and grabbed one of the first-batch 5080s (I wanted a 5090 but couldn’t get one). Turns out that early batch had a hardware defect; the screen would hard-freeze almost every day and the only fix was a full reboot. I looked around and saw tons of other 5080 owners with the exact same problem. People tried everything (undervolting, weird driver combos, random software fixes), but six months later nothing worked. So I finally sent the card in for warranty repair. That means for the next couple weeks my main rig is gonna be dead. I’m borrowing a laptop from a friend that has a 3050. No way that thing can render anything heavy (it’ll probably explode), but turning off all the fancy effects and just editing/posing should be doable. I’m guessing repair will take around two weeks, so I won’t be completely offline, just… no fancy renders or uploads for a bit. I’ll figure out how to still get stuff out somehow.
Anyway, there's still a ton of stuff on the plate. If there's anything I didn't cover and you're curious about, just drop it in the comments below or come hit me up on my Discord server. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

Well I honestly can’t even remember the last time I dropped back-to-back sequels in the same series, but the fact that I’m doing it now means we’re finally back on track.
Today’s the last day of November. I still think we need a monthly plan to stop my chaotic production schedule from being such a total mess. I’ll probably reveal that tomorrow in the December roadmap post.Since the entire [Requiem] series is a collab with other creators, every video will be free and public. I’m feeling absolutely wiped out right now, so I’ll talk more when I write the December report and November recap tomorrow.
Hope you guys like this one.

Just in case anyone doesn't know, this piece was made in collab with Discord user "Blackviper27".
The scenes and characters aren't by me—I only handled the animation. So the whole series will be free and public.Lately I've been swamped, so it feels like I haven't shared my production plans in a while. I'll drop in every few days to post some recent update plans.

And that, that is what we call Time Management.
The funny thing is, last week while I was still on vacation, some guy showed up in my Discord telling me my video production is a total disaster. I’ve got like 200 half-finished videos, not a single one completed, plus a bunch of stuff with no sequels. He said jumping around like that isn’t a good idea, criticized me for having no plan or not sticking to one, called it a mess, then went on about how bad my execution is and how inefficient my plans are.
