Today I'm going to explain to you something I noticed last week this is a big problem and this problem has been going on for half a year I want to talk about some things related to future plans even though this is a weekly report and I'm supposed to be talking about what's going to happen in the future, I'm talking more like an action basis（´・ω・｀） Let me explain what this means Actually I really want to make an video to clearly explain the timeline but I may not have that much time so you can now open my list of works Let me explain to you the timeline of everything I will tell you exactly what happened First of all, "Occupational injuries" is a request that was expected to be made last July I wrote some rules in "Details about the Request" last June https://kosoru.fanbox.cc/posts/6229349 Basically this thing seems to be restricting the rights of the requester but actually this is my own code of conduct and half of this is written for myself let me tell you what happened If you look at my work list you will find one thing All the series started to get confusing after "Doll 03" basically there's a bunch of first episodes or test videos There are a lot of first episodes or a bunch of sequels that were too late to be finished after "Doll 03" Basically, the period between "Doll 3" and "Occupational injuries 01" are all short videos. because during that time I was busy planning upcoming request, which was "Occupational injuries 01" I have a lot of test stuff I want to make But I don't have time to make a more planned series to complete these tests Because obviously 01 will take a lot of time So I just tested a few things in the gap before making 01 made some short videos or something I found that requests hindered these new ideas to a certain extent. oh I have to say one thing first: "The problem causing all disasters is not Occupational injuries" The problem is not with the series "Occupational injuries" It’s because of the content that’s too long there is no problem with the content of this request the problem is that it's too long I'm actually grateful to the requester for giving me the opportunity to use his videos to test some new techniques Don't think I hate this request let me explain to you why this is a disaster When I wrote "Details about the Request" last year 3. Fcocusing on my own work I will keep my own work to request work in a ratio around 3:1. It allows me to have more chance to experimenting new technique and further improve my skill. Meaning that I might not take request when I'm focusing on my own work. I've found that it's been the opposite in the past six months I spend most of my time handling requests I want to start a new series But there is no time because I have to make a request I want to make some sequels but no time because I have to make a request There are two reasons why I accepted this request in the first place. My original plan was In one month I can make 3 works of mine and a 1 request This was my original plan But I actually found that it took me more than two weeks to make a request video The reason is because: When I really want to complete a certain video but don’t have the inspiration That's actually a waste of time Do you want to know how long it takes me to make each work? "Beware of your boss" 5 hours "Picnic 01" 2 days "Trash Rabbit 02" 3 days If Mo R does not count After I finished "Stream sniping 2" I started working on "Occupational injuries 03" "Stream sniping 2" is 1/07 "Occupational injuries 03" is 2/05 There are two weekly covers in the middle because I am testing new materials. And "Beware of your boss" was a test of a new animation method. Even though it was completed before 03, it only took me five hours so it doesn't count. So you know where the problem is? I have a lot of new ideas from 1/7 to 2/5 But because I had to make 03, these things were not turned into a video This is a big disaster To be honest, it only took me three days to make Trash Rabbit 02 I don’t think Trash Rabbit 02 is no good The production of 03 took 30 days. Do you think 03 is ten times as good-looking as Trash Rabbit 02? honestly This is not a good deal I'm telling you, there probably won't be a creator who would tell you this kind of thing. I'm going to tell you this frankly because In fact, I am also a fan of R18G and these works. I am my own fan I hope I have more and better works Suppose I am a fan I saw that this creator spent ten times the time but failed to make a video that was ten times better. I think he should do less of this kind of thing I don't think I should spend ten times more time getting stuck on a video I have no inspiration for I have to say again that there is nothing wrong with occupational injuries. This is a video I have a very good plan for You can tell from the beginning of 01 that this is an arranged script This is a planned series and my original plan was "To be the best series" The problem lies in The characters, sex positions, and plot are all planned out In other words, it is impossible for me to suddenly run to do something that is not included in the requested content when making a request. So it becomes: You won't see other videos while I'm making the request This is completely different from what I originally thought And I wrote this last June: 1. Follower/Subscriber over Requester If takeing the request only benefits requester rather than the general viewer, I might not accept it. e.g. non-public work, repeated content from recent work, time-consuming request that greatly delay my schedule(thus viewer get less content) I didn't follow the rules I wrote at all and this is even the top priority I must say I only found out about this last week But this problem has been going on for half a year but I didn't notice it Let me simplify the conclusion I think the request took much longer than I originally expected So I will reduce all requested video lengths in the future If you are a lucky draw winner uhmm....I originally wanted to make a 210 second video I just said this last week I said from now on I will do it "at least" until May I thought about it and I think this is wrong If I actually started making Lucky Draw videos now and made it all the way to May Doesn’t that mean I have no other content at all during this period? At this point I feel sorry for everyone For Follower/Subscriber I did not give priority as stated in "Details about the Request". For requesters: I promised something I couldn't do Let me tell you why I feel bad right now I keep mentioning that I have 200 videos to finish I think the cause of this problem is myself Because I didn't follow the rules I said at the beginning It took me too long to make the request and I feel sorry for these requesters Because it’s impossible for me to finish such a long animation in a short time Occupational injuries has five episodes in total then I did it for five months before making three episodes And I also told the lucky draw winner that I had a way to make a 210s video. I think i messed up（´・ω・｀） The stupidest thing is that it took me half a year to notice this but I think there is no way to undo these wrong things all we can do is identify the problem and face it come up with a solution and try to fix the effects as much as possible So I'll just tell you what I'm going to do first. The first thing is definitely not to accept any requests that are too long that would take too much time and prevent me from studying what I wanted to study. The second thing I would do is reduce the length of the Lucky Draw video Sorry to the winners though But I really have no way to help you make a 210-second video I will discuss the detailed with them again So I said last week that I would be making these request videos until May You can pretend I didn't say it Having said so much, I want to share my thoughts with you.
