Issa tightly mummified as a birthday present, and none too happy about it. Even better if she also has the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PERV! written over a wraparound white duct tape gag, complete with colored ribbons around the tape binding as she's lying down squirming in place...perhaps in the arms of a very happy latex domme with a birthday hat on?
